Tim Rossi brings to leadership development coaching, training and facilitation a background in senior management and management consulting.
His early career centred on senior management roles with investment banks, including an executive directorship with Hill Samuel Australia (Now Macquarie Bank). Tim’s teams played a leading role in the rapid growth of Australia’s Money Markets.
After completing the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, Tim was appointed CEO of Jackson’s Futures Ltd. During this period, the boutique broker rose to the top tier of brokers on the Sydney Futures Exchange.
Since 1988, Tim has run his own business supporting leaders from professional service firms, finance, retail and government sectors as well as other business owners.
